Mr. Fu was appointed as director on Jan 2, 2018, and reappointed as the executive director and chairman on May 30, 2019. Mr. Fu currently serves as director with Hangzhou Raily Beauty Consulting Service Co., Ltd., Wuhu Raily Medical Equipment Trading Co., Ltd., Wuhu Raily Medical Beauty Clinic Co., Ltd., Ningbo Zhuerli Beauty Consulting Service Co., Ltd., Suzhou Ruiquan Biomedical Technology Co., Ltd., and Shenzhen Ruiquan Management Consulting Co., Ltd. Mr. Fu graduated from Shanghai Medical University (now Fudan University Shanghai Medical College) in July 1999, majoring in Clinical Medicine, having over 16 years of experience in the medical aesthetics industry. Prior to founding the Group, from Dec 1996 to Dec 2007, he worked as surgeon at Ruian Red Cross Hospital.
Mr. Fu became a member of the first Minimally Invasive Anti-Aging Professional Committee of Chinese Medical Association Aesthetic and Plastic Surgeons Branch in July 2007. From May 2009 to Aug 2016, he was an invited member of the 6th and 7th Editorial Boards of the Chinese Journal of Aesthetic and Plastic Surgery. From April 2015 to June 2018, he served as a standing director of Zhejiang Translational Medicine Society; from Sep 2016 to Dec 2025, he was appointed Chairman of Chinese Association of Plastics and Aesthetics Financial Investment Branch. Oct 2016, he was appointed a standing director of the Standing Council of Chinese Association of Plastics and Aesthetics. Nov 2017, he was appointed Deputy Director of the Brand Building and Hospital Operation Management Subcommittee of the Plastics and Aesthetics Professional Committee of China Non-Public Medical Institutions Association; May 31, 2021, he was appointed supervisor of the Council of the Chinese Association of Plastics and Aesthetics. Dec 2025, he was appointed chairman of Chinese Association of Plastics and Aesthetics Medical Aesthetics and Medical Devices Branch.
Primarily responsible for assisting in the overall management and strategic planning of the Group and managing medical aesthetic institutions under the Company; He was appointed as Executive Director on May 30, 2019. He currently serves as supervisor of Raily Beauty Consulting and Hangzhou Raily, and as the president of medical aesthetic institutions under the Company. Mr. Song obtained Bachelor of Medicine degree in Suzhou Medical College (now Suzhou University School of Medicine) in Jan 1978.
Mr. Song has over 38 years of experience in clinical work and hospital management in medical aesthetics. Prior to joining the Group, from Jan 1985, he served as military doctor at Wuhan Military Region General Hospital (now the Central Theater Command General Hospital of the PLA). Subsequently, from Jan 1987 to Sep 2005, he worked at Hangzhou Plastic Surgery Hospital, serving as president before leaving, responsible for the overall management. He joined the Group in Jan 2008 and has been serving as president of medical aesthetic institutions under the Company ever since.
Mr. Song was awarded the title of Outstanding Young and Middle-aged Scientific and Technological Personnel in Zhejiang Province in Jun 1995 and the title of Outstanding Scientific and Technological Worker with Outstanding Contributions in Hangzhou during 1995-1996. Dec 1998, he received a special allowance from the State Council of China in recognition of his contributions to the healthcare industry. He was appointed as member of Chinese Medical Association Hand Surgery Branch in Oct 1997 and May 2000 respectively. He was also appointed as member of Chinese Medical Association Medical Aesthetics and Cosmetology Branch in Sep 2000. In addition, he served as member of the Reconstructive Surgery Committee of the Chinese Association of Rehabilitation Medicine from Oct 1996 to Sep 2000 and from May 2004 to April 2008. He was appointed as Vice Chairman of Zhejiang Medical Association Plastic Surgery Branch in July 2000. He was also appointed Vice Chairman of Zhejiang Medical Association Medical Aesthetics and Cosmetology Branch, Chinese Association of Plastics and Aesthetics Anti-Aging Branch, and Zhejiang Association of Plastics and Aesthetics Plastics and Aesthetics Physicians Branch in Aug 2009, Oct 2014, and Jun 2014 respectively. He was appointed as Standing Director of the First Council of Zhejiang Association of Plastics and Aesthetics in May 2017, Vice President of Zhejiang Association of Plastics and Aesthetics First Council of the Rhinoplasty Branch in April 2018, and Vice Chairman of the First Council of Zhejiang Association of Plastics and Aesthetics in Sep 2018 respectively. Sep 2019, he became member of the First Committee of the Standardization Working Committee of Chinese Association of Plastics and Aesthetics. Oct 2019, he was appointed as Vice Chairman of the Second Committee of Zhejiang Physicians Association Aesthetic and Plastic Surgeons Branch. April 2021, he was appointed as Vice Chairman of Chinese Association of Plastics and Aesthetics Council of the Anti-Aging Branch. He also received the Advanced Individual Award from Zhejiang Association of Plastics and Aesthetics in Dec 2021.
Primarily responsible for the implementation of the Group's strategy, Mr. Wang was appointed as Executive Director on Dec 28, 2021. He joined the Group in Oct 2008, having over 16 years of experience in the aesthetic and medical industry. From Oct 2008 to Mar 2015, Mr. Wang served as Administrative Manager of Hangzhou Bellafill Biomedical Co., Ltd. (formerly known as Hangzhou Raily Swan Plastic Surgery Clinic Co., Ltd.) (Hangzhou Bellafill Medical Aesthetic Clinic Co., Ltd.), during the period, he was responsible for overseeing the construction of Hangzhou Raily Medical Aesthetic Hospital from Oct 2012 to Oct 2013.
From April 2015 to July 2019, Mr. Wang served as the General Manager and Administrative Manager of Ruian Raily Medical Aesthetic Clinic Co., Ltd. Subsequently, he served as General Manager of Hangzhou Desi Medical Technology Co., Ltd. and Hangzhou Feihong Investment Management Co., Ltd. from Aug 2019 to Oct 2019 and from Nov 2019 to June 2020 respectively. From July 2020 to Dec 2020, he was appointed as Manager of Hangzhou Lingmao Cloud Technology Co., Ltd. Since Jan 2021, he has been serving as General Manager of our wholly-owned subsidiary, Hangzhou Raily Beauty Consulting Service Co. Industrial Development Department., Ltd. Mr. Wang also holds several positions within the Group, including (a) General Manager and Legal Representative of Wuhu Raily Medical Beauty Clinic Co., Ltd. and Wuhu Raily Medical Equipment Trading Co., Ltd.; (b) Executive Director, General Manager and Legal Representative of Hangzhou Raily Medical Beauty Hospital Co., Ltd., Hangzhou Bellafill Biomedical Co., Ltd., Ruian Raily Medical Beauty Clinic Co., Ltd., and Hangzhou Ruiyan Network Technology Co., Ltd.; and (c) Hainan Bellafill Outpatient Service Co., Ltd., Director of Biotrisse Medical Beauty (Beijing) Trading Co., Ltd.
Primarily responsible for overseeing the Group's financial affairs, Ms. Zhang obtained a diploma in Finance in Shanghai Normal University in June 2000 and Bachelor's Degree in Accounting in Hangzhou Dianzi University in Jan 2009. She has over 18 years of experience in financial management. From Jan 2006 to Dec 2007, she served as Finance Manager at Hangzhou Raily Beauty Consulting Service Co., Ltd. Since Jan 2008, she has been serving as the Chief Financial Officer in Hangzhou Raily Beauty Consulting Service Co., Ltd., Hangzhou Raily Medical Beauty Hospital Co., Ltd., Hangzhou Bellafill Biomedical Co., Ltd., Ruian Raily Medical Beauty Clinic Co., Ltd., Wuhu Raily Medical Beauty Clinic Co., Ltd., Ningbo Zhuerli Beauty Consulting Service Co., Ltd., Wuhu Raily Medical Equipment Trading Co., Ltd., Hangzhou Ruiquan Medical Equipment Co., Ltd., Suzhou Ruiquan Biomedical Technology Co., Ltd., Shenzhen Ruiquan Management Consulting Co., Ltd., and Hangzhou Ruiyan Network Technology Co., Ltd., where she is responsible for overseeing financial matters.
