Jan 24, 2024, the Company entered into a 15-year supply agreement (the “Supply Agreement”) with Suneva Medical, Inc. (“Suneva”, a company incorporated and existing under the laws of the State of Delaware, United States of America, primarily engaged in the manufacture and sale of beauty products). During the term of the Supply Agreement, Suneva will supply the Group with Bellafill products and grant the Group exclusive distribution rights for Bellafill products in Greater China region. To sell Bellafill products, we have built an elite direct sales team and cooperated with multiple distributors nationwide, aiming to achieve excellent sales performance in the Group's medical aesthetic device. The development trend of non-surgical medical aesthetic services is evident, with higher market demand. We have established cooperation with technical teams from well-known domestic universities to jointly develop new skin injection filler products, and jointly plan, develop, and manufacture to build a medical aesthetic device product R&D and manufacturing platform. Our subsidiary, Suzhou Ruiquan Biomedical Technology Co., Ltd. (formerly known as "Suzhou Yonglan Biomedical Technology Co., Ltd.") ("Suzhou Ruiquan"), is dedicated to the development and sales of skin injection products and is actively preparing to apply for a Class III medical device registration license from the National Medical Products Administration ("NMPA").
